Destiny matrix compatibility
Enter two dates of birth and the calculator will build a couple’s matrix and show which energies connect you: how others see you as a couple, where you feel comfortable together, what’s happening in your relationship and with money, and what karmic tasks and purpose your union has.

How the compatibility matrix is calculated
First, a personal matrix is calculated for each partner: the day of birth, the month and the sum of the digits of the year. Then the matching points are added together: the first partner’s day + the second partner’s day, month + month, year + year. If a sum is greater than 22, its digits are added together. From these three numbers, the whole couple’s matrix is built using the usual rules: the bottom point, the center, the ancestral square, the karmic tail, the money and relationship lines, and purpose.
Example: December 25, 1989 and July 15, 1990. The personal points are 7, 12, 9 and 15, 7, 19. The couple’s points: 7 + 15 = 22, 12 + 7 = 19, 9 + 19 = 28 → 10.
How to read a couple’s matrix
- How others see the couple (left point): the image of the union from the outside, its “calling card.”
- The couple’s comfort zone (center): the state in which you feel good together. If a couple lives outside this energy for a long time, the relationship loses its footing.
- Relationship: the key point for questions about love, showing what kind of union is forming and what to work on in it.
- The couple’s money: how it’s easiest for the couple to earn together and what blocks their shared income.
- Karmic task and tail: the lessons the two people met for; themes that will keep repeating until the couple works through them.
- The couple’s purpose: what the union can give the world and each other.
A compatibility matrix doesn’t say “you’re a match” or “you’re not a match.” It shows what holds the union together and where its weak spots are. Each arcanum can show up in its positive or negative expression, and that depends on the partners themselves.

More on compatibility
A quick option is the couple arcanum by date of birth (the sum of the destiny arcana). You can calculate each partner’s personal matrix on the “Destiny matrix” page, and find the meanings of all 22 arcana in the “22 arcana in the matrix” section. For a question about a specific relationship, try the Relationship spread.
The bottom part of a couple’s matrix has its own page: the karmic tail in compatibility, with all 27 couple’s karmic tails explained and compared with the partners’ personal tails.
Ask the cards about your relationship
The matrix shows the energies of the union, while a Relationship spread shows what’s going on between you right now.
Questions about destiny matrix compatibility
How do you calculate destiny matrix compatibility?
Add together the matching points of the two personal matrices: day + day, month + month, sum of the year’s digits + sum of the year’s digits, bringing any number greater than 22 into the 1–22 range by adding its digits. The couple’s matrix is built from these three points. The calculator on this page does it all automatically.
